David Wallace has been licensed to practice in Kentucky since 1986, and in the State of Ohio in 1987.

David Wallace concentrates his practice in business, corporate, banking and real estate law. A significant portion of David's practice is the representation of community banking interests in Northern Kentucky. Since 1990, he has been actively involved in the formation of four de novo banks in the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area. His practice includes representing residential and commercial developers in all aspects of the development process including acquisition, financing and zoning. Adding to David's varied talents is his licensing as an apprentice auctioneer. He has conducted many auctions for charitable organizations in the Greater Cincinnati area.

Mr. Wallace is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, the Northern Kentucky Bar Association, the Ohio Bar Association and the Cincinnati Bar Association.

Mr. Wallace is active in the Northern Kentucky community, and serves as a member of the board of the Kentucky 4-H Foundation. He is a current member and Vice President of the Boone County Fair Board, and a Leader of the Boone County 4-H Program. Mr. Wallace has also served as a Coach of that organization's Livestock Judging Team. Mr. Wallace has served as a past Member of The Board of Governors of the Salmon P. Chase College of Law, and as Chairman of the Kentucky 4-H Alumni Association. Mr. Wallace is a past Member and Chairman of the Family Resource Center of Kelly Elementary School, and a past Vice President of the Kentucky 4-H Program.
