H. David Wallace, named partner at Wallace Boggs, PLLC, was recently appointed to serve a two-year term on the Kentucky State Fair Board by Governor Matt Bevin. Wallace will represent the state at large. The Kentucky State Fair Board oversees operations for the Kentucky Fair and Exposition Center, which hosts shows and expositions including World’s Championship Horse Show, National Farm Machinery Show, and Kentucky State Fair. Wallace brings a great deal of experience and institutional knowledge to the board as he has served as president of the Kentucky 4-H foundation and as an officer of the Boone County Fair.

Wallace continues his practice of law in the areas of corporate, banking, and real estate law. Mr. Wallace advises clients in a variety of areas, including work outs, banking litigation, and real estate matters.
